Manual Techniques
Our professional physiotherapists perform gentle treatment techniques that use mechanical pressure on the affected area to help post-operative conditions heal and speed up the body's recovery.

Soft-tissue and mobilization techniques
These are used to release and mobilize soft tissues (skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle sheaths, muscles), joint capsules, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. Stretching and positional relaxation are also part of soft-tissue techniques. Among the soft-tissue techniques used to release joint blockages, post-isometric relaxation (PIR) is often used.
When we use it
For clients who have problems with musculoskeletal pain, muscle tension, muscle spasm, post-surgical conditions healing with a scar, reduced joint mobility, and joint blockages from various causes.
Affecting the body's soft tissues releases tension between the individual layers and improves their elastic properties. Soft-tissue techniques are performed by hand, and there are several of them.
